Return, Refund, Cancellation Policy
We understand sometimes our customers order the wrong products. They may be unfamiliar with what they are ordering and it’s not what they had in mind. Therefore we make return, refund, and cancellation easy.
You can return any item within 30 days of delivery and get your refund within 24 hours of receipt of return.
Maximum amount towards refund is limited to the amount paid by the customer, inclusive of shipping charges.
The item can be returned to any of our offices situated in USA, UK, France, Germany, India and Japan.
Shipping costs for returning the items have to be borne by the customer.
We do not charge any restocking fee for the returned items from our customers.
You can also ask for exchange of the item after returning the item to any of our offices. We do not charge for shipment of the exchange items.
While we have no questions asked return and refund policy, we request our customers to restrict returns to reasons like damaged products or wrong products. We do not relist or restock the return items. Therefore when customers order several products, retain the ones they like and return the rest, we are put to some financial difficulties. Customers could help us by not adopting such practices.
